E-mail is the best way to contact me. It seems as if the phone only rings when I can't get to it. The best time to call me is between 10am - noon, when I am typically done with my morning chores, and answering phone calls and e-mails. Evenings is the most difficult time to reach me by phone, because I have lots of chores and walks to take. I do check my e-mail often when I get a free second.
